“The BelRose Group were engaged by the Custodial Inspectorate (as an external consultant) to provide specialist HR expertise with our Resources and Systems inspection of Tasmania’s prisons, remand centres and youth detention facility. This was a four staged program of work which included scoping out the project, identifying pre-inspection evidence, site inspections and interviews then providing a detailed report outlining key findings and recommendations.
